Winter gets a bad reap…
And rightfully so!
I mean It’s freezing, dark, and gloomy in a lot of places ( what’s to love?!)
Add that to the increase in colds & seasonal bugs… it feels like a recipe of disaster for our inner sanity.
Because the truth of the matter is:
Winter holds a lot of us ( me included) hostage to negative emotions.
But before you lose all hope when the clocks go back, allow me to reassure you:
It doesn’t have to be that way!

How do you keep yourself well in the winter?
