Outlets to connect to inner child doesn’t have to be a daunting task!
I don’t know about you, but I’m all for simplicity, & tangible takeaways in order to enhance my existing wellness rituals.
I’ve talked a lot about inner child healing activities on here, from things like joining an art class to doing mud fights!
And while those are all deeply healing and creative outlets, it got me thinking..
What can we do in the in between?
What are simple every day ways we can make time for our inner child?
I hope this list gives you just that!
And as always, take what works for you, and leave the rest.
WHAT YOUR INNER CHILD NEEDS TO HEAR
Your inner child needs to hear that it’s safe for them to be themselves!
Without judgement, ridicule, or insecurity..
It’s completely safe for them to come out of their shell and be creative, playful, curious, & adventurous.
Their thoughts, beliefs, desires matter and deserve to be respected.
That they are full of creativity and filled with all kinds of unique ideas, & dreams.
And finally, your inner child needs to hear that past traumas, times when they felt unloved & rejected was never their fault.
